The Team
As an Associate Producer, you are responsible for aiding the team directors and ensuring that the development of the project goes according to plan. You are a part of the ‘Production & QA Team’, consisting of a Production Director, two other Associate Producers and 4 QA Testers.
Your contribution
As an Associate Producer, you main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Overall production responsibility for a specific development team;
- Cooperation with other producers to ensure the overall production of the entire product is running as smooth as possible according to time and budget;
- Production Management for various processes such as Localization and Legal approvals
- Internal QA and test management;
- Publisher QA Coordination and Communication;
- Analyzing and Improving QA and Production Processes.
On a daily basis your assignments can involve coordination with your assigned development team, attending standups, tracking sprint tasks and goals, and facilitating communication within the team. It can also include communication and coordination with QA to plan and schedule testing, run bug triage, identify and solve critical issues, follow up on solutions, ensure and back up stable builds. In addition, your focus will be release management, meaning validating target features, staying informed of build status at all times, creating release documentation and materials, coordination with developers and direction to ensure a smooth development and building process.
Our requirements
We’re looking for an Associate Producer who brings the following knowledge and experience:
- 3 years of game development experience (experience with a publisher can also count as relevant experience);
- Proven experience with project management;
- Experience working on a shipped title (ideally from start to finish);
- You have experience working with JIRA;
- You have worked with Agile software development;
- Proficient verbal and written English skills.
Practical information
Scope: Full-time, 40 hours a week. We offer a permanent position and relocation for the right candidate.
