Within the PSCO organization, we are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join the Chilled Solutions team in the Packaging Solutions organization.
You will have the opportunity to work in an energetic and inspiring team, and in close collaboration with Clusters and Market companies and central functions, delivering effective customer solutions for the highly competitive and growing chilled product segments.
What you will do
In this role you will drive one part of our Chilled Solutions portfolio to drive our growth and fulfilment of Tetra Pak’s 2030 Strategic objectives.
Other main responsibilities:
· Drive discussions with Portfolio teams and Market Companies in assessing value propositions and prioritizing growth opportunities
· Actively participate to development projects, ensuring the solution meets the market needs
· Support Clusters and Market companies with portfolio knowledge and expertise, in addition to participating in customer visits and presentations, events, workshops
· Collaborate with Clusters to develop go-to-market plans and ensure new product introduction readiness
· Ensure effective product communication in partnership with Marketing Communications team
This position will be located in Lund (Sweden).
Who you are
You are a dynamic person, ideally having worked in different cultural environments. You are open minded, curious, eager to adapt to change and to propose new directions. You are structured, results-driven and with strong focus on key value adding activities. You are capable to simplify complex situations and deal effectively with uncertainty. You show a good balance of operational and strategic skills. You are a good team player, always motivating and inspiring others.
You have a degree preferably in Business Administration or Engineering. Additional degrees and trainings (Master’s degree, Digital courses, etc) are considered a plus. Good knowledge of Tetra Pak product portfolio and of liquid food value chain is required, as well as financial understanding and sustainability-related matters. Enthusiasm for communication and excellent presentation skills are a must.
You have 5 years or more experience in Marketing/Sales/Business Development/Portfolio Management or Development & Engineering, in roles with exposure to customers.
You must have experience in a Market company or Cluster; alternatively, as part of Central teams. You are skilled in project management. Knowledge of Tetra Rex system is a bonus.
You excel at both written and spoken English.
