Description
In this position you belong to a dynamic team with the responsibility to turn the growth strategies related to service solution area into reality. Your main role will be to develop, manage and drive successful development and deployment of our digital enablers and service solutions. In this cross-functional role you will work in a global environment and across the company including close collaboration with both cluster and market companies and Customers.

What you will do
Contribute to development and execution of the service solutions growth strategy
Drive projects and activities related to growing solutions sales in clusters and globally
Develop close collaboration with the clusters to secure a good customer understanding and how to translate the customer voice into the assortments value proposition
Identify new product and market opportunities that meet the company strategic objectives and support creation of product/market developments, product strategies and roadmaps
Monitor and analyse market information (penetration, share, competition)
Drive product management deliverables in development projects, such as building business cases, set key requirements, define the market and the product role in portfolio.
Own communication needs roadmap and Develop product communication material with central communication team.
Set priorities for PLC activities and “inside out” product development needs.
Drive and participate in pre-studies with the aim to define development projects
Establish and monitor product key performance measures
Develop strong cross-functional alliances to ensure successful development and deployment of the roadmap
Who you are
You are result oriented, driven and have an ability to inspire and create commitment across functions. You have a strong business mindset as well as excellent communication skills, being able to create buy in with important stake holders. You are able to keep a holistic view as well as a detailed perspective. To be successful in this position you need to be dynamic with a strong personal drive that is used to take on your own initiatives and work pro-actively to create results.
Furthermore, you have a analytical mind and technical understanding combined with extensive business understanding. To succeed in the role you also need excellent commercial and financial acumen. Travelling about 10% internationally must be considered an opportunity.
You have worked more than 5 years within Marketing and Product Management and have a Bachelors Degree in relevant Technical or Marketing discipline. Project management skills are required and you excel both at written and spoken English.
