Category Dairy Ambient within Business Unit Liquid Food in Tetra Pak is looking for an Associate Product Manager for Liquid Food Solutions. Our role within Business Liquid Food is to support our global organization with the aim to bring optimal solutions to the continuously growing Dairy market.


You will be working in Product Portfolio Management, Product Creation, Product Lifecycle, Supply Management and Customer & Sales Management.


This position is based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena

What you will do
As Associate Product Manager you will:
Ba a core team member in product development projects
Capture market needs and translate them into project requirements and business cases
Market & Business Intelligence/Analysis
Collaborate and manage stakeholders both inside Tetra Pak and outside of the company
Support other functions in questions regarding the Liquid Food Solutions portfolio, lead-time and price

Who you are
You are a person that takes ownership and have a strong drive for results. You have a good business understanding and combines this with a structure way of working. You are highly motivated by the challenge of continuously improve your product.


Your communication and collaboration skills are excellent; you have the ability to build trust on different levels, listening as well as influencing. Your technical understanding and structured mindset will be big assets in this role, enabling you to understand the market and prioritise.


You have a university degree or equivalent and approx. 5 years’ experience from food production. You have a wide background covering both engineering and sales.
Food technology competence and working in the Processing organisation is a merit. A strong advantage is your experience from aseptic systems.
Preferably you have product management experience, or you want to enter the area from your current sales or technical role.


Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
