This position is in Lund. The position may involve some travelling.
What you will do
The product management team will now strengthen the team with an associate product manager to be able to meet our growth ambitions short term and for 2030. The role of product management is to manage the product portfolio in a profitable and sustainable way, from cradle to grave. Our work is done in close cooperation with many other functions in the organisation, specifically the market companies around the globe.
Your main tasks
Deliver on product manager tasks in small/medium sized development projects together with the development organisation, being the customer voice.
Collaborate with markets to bring in the out-side in perspective and identify business needs to deliver growth
Support product managers in strategic work and in medium/large size projects.
Build value proposition and effective product communications material together with Marketing communications team
Drive pre-studies based on business needs to build fact base for priority decision and support product managers in mid/long term roadmap development.
Drive product deployment and follow up on product profitability
Support product managers on products life cycle management.
Support Clusters and Market companies with portfolio knowledge on Tetra Recart existing and evolving portfolio.
Integrate customers viewpoint through customer-facing activities: customer visits and presentations, events, workshops

Educational background: Master of science in business and economics, or engineering (industrial, chemical, mechanical or similar), degree finished 2018-2022
Working experience from Product management is a merit
Experience in SAP and Master Data Management is valued
Your English is fluent, both verbal and in writing.
