För kunds räkning söker vi nu en: Associate Professorship in Chemical Engineering Job description: The Institute of Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology and Environmental Technology, University of Southern Denmark in Odense, invites applications for a vacant associate professorship within the area of chemical engineering. The position encompasses research, teaching and innovation within the following fields: * Chemical process control * Separation processes: Adsorption, ion exchange, extraction, filtration * Mathematical modeling of chemical unit operations Research and Innovation: The successful applicant is expected to contribute to the development of the research areas listed above and to contribute actively to the development of national and international cooperation between academia and industry.The applicant shall have documented internationally research experience within either chemical process control or chemical separation processes. Teaching: The successful applicant is expected to be involved in teaching of the above mentioned research areas as well as teaching within the field of chemical unit operations in general.Furthermore, the successful applicant is expected to contribute actively to further development of the institutes educational efforts within chemical engineering at the bachelor, master and PhD-level.Specifically teaching within the areas of chemical process control, separation technology as well as fundamental courses in mass and energy balances or chemical thermodynamics should be expected.The successful applicant has to be able to conduct teaching in both Danish and English.
