MultiMind is currently looking for an Associate Strategic Partner Manager for an exciting opportunity for one of our biggest clients. This is a 12-month opportunity in Stockholm, Sweden

The role: As Strategic Partner Manager you will work with Channel Sales Partners to set up and develop a scalable, profitable and sustainable model for supporting small- and medium-sized businesses (SMB:s). You will work with  startup companies, online marketing automation platforms and e-commerce players  that are working with SMB:s.

 

Responsibilities: In this role you will:

Be responsible for business development with current partners.
Develop strong relationships with partners that allow for quarterly, annual and long term plans to be delivered with excellence.
Provide strong leadership and be the internal advocate to develop and embed the value proposition of our strategic partners in the organization.
Manage multiple complex opportunities (across multiple teams) and projects simultaneously. 
Engage with leadership and operational teams to support them in defining strategic direction for their business, identifying new growth opportunities or areas for operational improvement, and expanding commercial and operational capabilities
Lead implementation of cross-functional initiatives to deliver growth and excellent customer experience.
Engage and manage relationships with internal stakeholders including operational teams across sales, marketing, customer service and supporting functions
 

Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
2-3 years of experience in business development, commercial partner management or strategic consulting.
Excellent strategic thinking, commercial judgement and analytical skills. Able to develop strategic recommendations and operational plan
Strong execution skills with ability to deliver high quality, timely results across multiple projects involving broad range of internal and external stakeholder
Maturity and accountability allowing to effectively engage with senior external and internal stakeholders
Track record of initiating and successfully driving new business opportunities and negotiating commercial deals
Fluency in English and Swedish
Experience of entrepreneurship either in a start-up environment or in significantly growing a partner or client business, with demonstrated business acumen. 
Demonstrated internal relationships and coordination across business functions as shown by a proven track record of developing and maintaining trusted partnerships. 
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to deliver across multi-disciplinary global teams. 
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
