What do we expect from you
Ability to work with high-volume recruitment.
Strong interviewing and sourcing skills with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
Willingness to contribute to various parts of the recruiting process and programs
Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
Strong passion/interest and understanding of technology.
Be flexible to work in a dynamic environment and ready to take up ad hoc tasks
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English
Currently based in Sweden

What will you work on
Proactively build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates by identifying prospects through direct sourcing, web sourcing, networking, social media, user groups, research, referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline
Execute market, candidate, and competence mapping techniques to find the most relevant and best candidates.
Conduct detailed recruiter interviews based on the requirements.
Support Talent Acquisition Partners in screening, ads, ATS, and candidate coordination and bookings.
Assist with the evaluation and implementation of new sourcing tools and procedures to set best practices for the team.
ATS management, act as a bridge between HR and TA team with administrative tasks like contract, reports etc
Write, document and publish job descriptions and Ads
Reach weekly and monthly goals
Work on templates, tags, data analytics etc
Build pipeline for current and future positions as per the business requirements
Support the team with your research, mapping and market analysis on talent pool, companies, industry and various platforms
Take Initiatives and actions to ensure all the candidates in the process with truecaller Sweden are provided with best candidate experience

It would be great if you also have
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
