The position
During your first weeks as Associate Talent Acquisition Partner at Cambio the focus will be on getting to know the company and how we work with recruitment. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partner and assist in different parts of the recruitment cycle, from start-up request to employment, depending on our managers’ needs. If you had been onboard last week you would have worked with telephone interviews, search, and reference checks. As you grow in the position you will get the opportunity to take on more responsibility and eventually be the point of contact for some of our managers.
Cambio is a tech company in an expansive growth and our primarily focus is to recruit specialist positions within tech. That means that we must be creative and persistent to find the very best candidates. Hence another part of your previous week would have been working with our candidate experience as well as working on our employer brand and other projects to increase the awareness of Cambio among our target group.

About you
You are the type of person who take initiatives when facing a challenge. It could be rewriting the advert when we are lacking candidates in a process or googling IT terms when you have difficulties understanding an IT-profile. When you are assigned a task, we know that we can rely on you taking ownership and solving it well. Finally, flexibility is important, and you are always delivering with high quality whether you are in a meeting with a manager or creating an excel list.
Requirements
- Currently conducting university studies within the field of HR, business or similar and have at least 1.5 years left on your education
- Can communicate fluently in Swedish and in English as it is required in our daily work
- Have an interest in tech recruitment and you are eager to learn more
It is a bonus if you have:
- Experience from working with recruitment, service, or administration
- Knowledge about the IT environment and its different positions
Place of employment: Stockholm
Scope: 2-3 days a week, long term
