We are searching for new team members to join our M&A team in Stockholm! KPMG Corporate Finance , a leading provider of M&A and Valuation Services in Sweden and globally, is currently looking for new joiners to start in January or in August 2023.

KPMG Corporate Finance is a part of KPMG Deal Advisory in Stockholm, which employs 100+ transaction specialists and globally we are over 8,000 transactions specialists based in more than 170 offices in 84 countries around the world.
What do we do?
KPMG’s M&A team advises clients throughout the whole transaction process. This includes preparing relevant documentation, such as company presentations and financial data books, supporting during the due diligence process, communication between investors and sellers as well as negotiating and developing a process strategy.

- You are driven individual that is eager to learn more about the M&A market as well as financial and strategic analysis.
- An academic background in Business, Engineering, Finance, or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- 0-3 years of work experience.
- Fluency in English and preferably also in Swedish.
