KPMG Deal Advisory is looking for driven and talented Associates to join our Transaction Services team in Stockholm. We are a leading provider of M&A services in Sweden and globally, and we work with prominent private equity and corporate clients in a collaborative and high-performing international company.

The role
As an Associate with KPMG Deal Advisory within the Transaction Services team, you will have the opportunity to perform and enhance your skill in buy- and sell-side transactions, providing financial due diligence (“DD”). In a financial DD, you will work with analysis of target company data to find key drivers behind the historical financial performance, challenging assumptions about future performance, understanding the cash flow cycle and finding potential liabilities and risks which could impact valuation and negotiation of the target company.

To be successful in this role, we think that you should have:

- An academic background in Business, Engineering, Finance, or similar. Extracurricular activities such as work experience or engagement in student organisations are advantageous.
- A business mindset and an analytical way of thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- 0-3 years of work experience
- Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement, additional languages are meritorious
