We are now looking for an Assortment Analyst to join our dynamic and exciting Stock Management team in Lund.

Parts Supply Chain (PSC) is our central organization for managing our global packaging and processing parts services. The organization includes central and regional distribution centers and workshops as well as units for developing and planning all our parts and related activities together with our colleagues in the clusters.

One of the most challenging tasks in our global parts supply chain is to create and secure the availability of parts in Tetra Pak's central, regional and local stocks in a cost efficient way. This is the main responsibility of the Global Stock Management team belonging to our Planning & Development organization. The team is working globally, being the interface for Development & Engineering, Supplier Management and PSC planning and distribution sites in the global network.

We can offer you challenging objectives in a dynamic organization that will give you a wide network of contacts within Tetra Pak. This is a temporary position until 31st of March 2015.

Main responsibilities
- Drive projects and activities related to parts stock management in clusters and globally, including assortment analysis, demand management and stock optimization
- Perform analysis and drive actions related to global availability and ITR of parts
- Drive activities in order to improve supplier delivery performance
- Participate in projects with the responsibility to secure the spare part needs
- Participation in creating and driving routines and process optimization/efficiencies


Qualifications

To be successful in this position you should have a very good theoretical (preferably a University degree) and practical knowledge of Supply Chain, Project Management, Market Orientation and Process Understanding. To be successful in this position you possess excellent analytical skills and a high level of business understanding.

You work independently in Microsoft Excel and are used to work with large amount of data sets. Experience working with SAP R/3 is required. You are fluent in English, both verbal and written.

As a person you are result oriented, structured and driven. You like to work in teams and have very good networking skills. You have very good analytical skills and can work independently towards set goals. You like to work with both long and short term activities and enjoy a fast paced environment.
