Job Description
As Assortment Planner you are responsible for optimizing the content of our plans through quantification to maximize sales and profitability. This is a completely new role in & Other Stories which means you will have the possibility to be part of shaping and developing this role and its focus areas. The Assortment Planner will work with the Essentials Concept, spanning across all product groups having to prioritize which actions to take and identify what makes the most difference and where to focus your actions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maximize sales and profit through identifying and quantifying what will drive sales.
Together with the Buyer make sure we set the right quantity at the right time in the right channel and in the right market
Constantly follow, react and identify new sales opportunities and risks based on analysis and insights
Secure the timeline from a planning and quantification perspective based on the overall timeline for the department
Support with the quarterly input from local markets ensuring feedback is shared with the teams and relevant actions taken
Identify areas for improvement in ways of working connected to the role and contribute to its development
Qualifications
To thrive in this role you need to enjoy taking initiative and driving change as well as having an analytical and strategic mindset.
We see that you have:
Degree in business administration, controlling, or textile fashion
Strong sales drive and a business mindset that focus on customer needs
Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of creating results
Proven track record in quantification
Proficiency in relevant tools and systems
Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills
Fluent and efficient communication in English (written and spoken)
Strategic ability
Additional Information
This is a temporary position, with good possibilities of prolonging, and with start as soon as possible. It will be located at the Head Office in Stockholm.
