They operate in 74 countries with over 5,000 stores under the various company brands, with 126,000 full-time equivalent positions. It is the second-largest global clothing retailer. The company makes its online shopping available in 33 countries.

About the role:

Join our client´s team as an Assortment Planner. In this position, you´ll work closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to enhance our customer offer. Proactively identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities through data-driven insights and in-depth analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize product mix for every region to ensure growth and profitability.
Collaborate with the Product Manager and Business Controller to deliver the best omni-customer experiences.
Identify and act on growth opportunities.
Enhance our global & regional omni-customer experiences.
Maintain updated capacity indicators for channels/regions/departments.
Guide and strategize with the team for successful planning.

Qualifications:

Team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Strong sales and analytical acumen, able to transform insights into actions.
Adaptable and proactive, thriving in dynamic settings.
Passionate about our products and achieving results.
Degree in Business Administration, Buying, or a relevant field.
Experience in Planning, Merchandising, or Controlling.
Proficiency in Excel and a keen sense of fashion trends.
