Job Description
As an Assortment Planner at Weekday or Monki, you will play an important part in our team and on our exiting and ambitious journey towards Weekday 's and Monki's future.
The responsibility of an Assortment Planner is to plan, buy and optimize the best assortment for our target customer to drive responsible growth in all channels. You are someone who catches opportunities, navigates complexity, and maximize the potential of our products and assortment in a creative and responsible way.
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Constantly follow, react & identify sales opportunities and risks, based on selling customer insights & surrounding analysis in cooperation with the product team
Set growth strategy per channel
Set and drive agile planning & buying strategy in line with overall assortment strategy and goals
Optimize planning, quantification, stock & buying
Sales analysis, act on selling & proactive moves
Ensure and work actively to follow up budget & profitability
Optimize ranking, keys & best product per channel
Plan, manage & secure order placements & order follow up
Work in close collaboration with sales merch, wholesale account manager & business controller.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role we believe that you have:
2+ years experience within planning, merchandising, controlling, or buying.
Experience from the fashion industry is meritorious.
A degree in business administration, supply management, buying or equivalent.
A strong fashion interest and a creative mindset
Passion for Omni selling analysis & actions
Administrational & system skills
Strong analytical skills with a sense of commerciality, fashion relevance & timing.
A strong salesmanship and a customer focused mindset.
Experience from independently setting and driving the buying strategy, implement routines and the structure for the planning process
