In the role as Assurance Risk and Internal Control Specialist you are positioned within Process Industries Division and reporting to Business Controller Process Industries.
You will be responsible for Assurance Risk and Internal Control for all Local Division represented within Process Automation in Sweden.
This role is reporting to HUB Division Business Controller.
Your responsibilities
You work with all Divisions represented in Business Area Process Automation and handle multiple stakeholders and interfaces.
Responsibility for Internal Controls (SOX requirements) in ABB Process Automation Sweden.
Governing process and risk mapping to fit changes in business organization and routines.
Managing annual internal and external process walkthrough with auditors.
Supporting control owners and control performers with best practice sharing and templates.
Coordinating IT controls with local business.
Acting as the link between global ARIC team and local IC organization.
Segregation of Duty Business Control Owner.
Work in close co-operation with the Business Units and support Units in their daily IC tasks.

Your background
A Bachelor´s degree in accounting, finance or other relevant discipline.
Experience on reporting and SOX controls.
Recommended background in external or internal audit either from financial or quality area.
Experience from working with global businesses and process improvements.
Knowledge of SAP, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI and other modern IT/IS tools and solutions.
Strong logical thinking, problem solving and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
Ability to work in and handle complex organizational structures and multiple stakeholders.
Competence on project controlling is a benefit.
