We are seeking an operational, structured, motivated, and pro-active Shopper Marketing Specialist for ATOMIC in the Nordics. In this exciting and challenging role, you have an important position in the local ATOMIC marketing organization with managing a key role by planning and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns with great excellence for the world’s leading skiing brand – ATOMIC.
TASKS AND RESPOSIBILITIES
•
Create and develop a brilliant on-/offline consumer shopping experience together with our retail partners
•
Responsible for the adaption and distribution of the marketing packages in collaboration with the Area Sales
Manager / Market Manager to all retail partners
•
Plan and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns for Premium Partners, Key Accounts and E-Tailers
•
Manage and track a dedicated budget according to the ATOMIC Shopping Experience Framework and agreed
Joint Marketing Plans
•
Track and analyse sell-through data for key accounts and buying groups in collaboration with the Market
Manager and create a fact-based omnichannel marketing proposal
•
Develop and follow up the local ambassador program in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
•
Contribute and develop competitor analysis in the local markets
•
Own the communication of local shopper and consumer marketing trends
KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Shopper Marketing Specialist ATOMIC Nordics is responsible for maximizing the brand equity on all relevant touchpoints according to the ATOMIC Shopping Experience Framework. Together with the Area Sales and Market Manager this role is planning and executing local omnichannel marketing initiatives for our Premium Partners, Key Accounts and E-Tailers.

•
Knowledge of retail marketing best practices

Experience to manage multiple suppliers
•
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and usage of CRM systems (Sales Portal, B2B)
•
Preferably knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and social media tools
•
Fluent in English
•
Willingness to travel
NEEDED WORK EXPERIENCE
•
3+ years of experience in Shopper/Retail Marketing
•
Experience within sporting goods industry – specifically in ski industry is a clear plus
•
Great track record in planning and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns
