Attorneys Customer Service (Dutch or Flemish Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Customer Service Representative will be:
Handle inbound customer service activities including call handling and ticket (email) handling
Provide support to customers on general information questions, general procedure questions, issues on the platforms, user access, and PC configuration
Conduct outbound customer service activities such as making callbacks to address questions or provide solutions
Send reminder and status update emails to customers
Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
A native level of Dutch and a good level of English 
Having an interest in legal matters
Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people
Being energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast pace
Being able to handle sensitive data reliably
