Aurobay is looking for an Attribute Leader for emissions where you will be a part of the Strategy & Concept section within Research & Development, working with bringing clarity to strategic directions. Proposing new concepts by analyzing business needs and monitoring external activities gives an opportunity to be a key player for future powertrains. Your closes team members in the Complete Engine Performance team will be Performance Owners, Senior Analysis Engineers, and Technical Specialists - driving Advanced Engineering projects and attributing performance from pre-sales to program industrialization. You will contribute to lead and connect the work within these areas for the whole organization, by working closely with the team, concept and attribute leaders.



What will you do?

As an Attribute Leader Emissions, you will:

- Be responsible to drive product performance with respect to hazardous and greenhouse gas emissions to long term sustainable levels and ensure that legislative requirements are fulfilled.

- Monitor legislations and analyze additional requirements to ensure that everything is in line with the strategy direction.

- Create gap analysis for future projects and investigate critical emission problems.

- Overview general requirements setting, RDE cycles for emissions sign off and systems solutions investigations.

- Carry out proactive analysis of emissions status for existing products and services.

- Give recommendations to sign-off matrix for projects and development of test plans.

- Compile and present basis to steering meeting when additional requirements generate new content in ongoing projects.

- Evaluate status analysis and risk assessment for pre-defined milestones as progress report to performance owners.

- Document ICE sections in AES/BES and report to AL complete driveline.




Do you fit the profile?

We believe you have a Master of Science or similar degree within areas connected to powertrain engineering such as mechanics, mechatronics, physics or chemical engineering, with around 5 years' experience within powertrain, EATS design, controls, or diagnostics.

Good knowledge is required within:

- RDE regulations.
- Statistics.
- Function & design EATS.
- Function internal combustion engines.
- Function complete powertrain, including hybrid powertrain systems.
- Calibration and diagnosis.
