What will you do?
As Audience Specialist your main responsibility will be to keep our Data Management Platform (DMP), Adobe Audience Manager, organized. You will implement and deliver audiences to the relevant platforms and accounts as required by internal stakeholders. Supporting the Customer Insights & Personalization team with relevant day to day tasks such as setting up and maintaining web tracking through tag managers will also be on your to do-list, as well as coaching marketers in the use of segments and data-driven marketing in general. While the focus of the role is to manage the DMP, you will be part of a team with a flat organization where you will be able to get involved in various areas of digital marketing and develop by working with various digital experts.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• Be responsible for the use, organization, and development of our DMP), Adobe Audience Manager
• Create and deliver audiences to various activation platforms as requested by relevant stakeholders
• Proactively identify opportunities to leverage segmentation tactics in order to improve customer experience and marketing ROI
• Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to optimize the use of audiences and maximize short-and long-term ROI
• Support the Customer Insights & Personalization team in improving and maintaining web tracking solutions
• Coach marketers and other stakeholders in data-driven marketing with a focus on leveraging audience segmentation
• Be a key player in the implementation of our Omnichannel Marketing and Customer Experience Strategy
Who are you?
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. We believe that you’ve been working for a few years within web analytics or performance marketing in a B2C business or have recently completed a relevant qualification and gained related internship experience.
You find online marketing interesting and you want to gain more experience within this area and develop your skills. You are organized and phrases such as naming conventions and folder structure are music to your ears. You are thorough in everything you do and comfortable sharing your expertise with your colleagues, coaching them in the areas you know best.
The must-haves:
• Good understanding of segmentation tactics in online advertising and web personalization
• Good general understanding of performance marketing
• Experience working with web analytics tools such as Google or Adobe Analytics, probably certified within at least one web analytics tool
• Familiar with online marketing platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform
• Experience in Data Management Platforms or web analytics information and tag solutions are all a bonus!
• Previous experience in travel or e-commerce is definitely a plus!
• Working proficiency in English, written and spoken
