Introduction and Overview
Products manufactured in Helsingborg are mostly over-the-counter pharmaceuticals and are produced, tested and released according to good manufacturing practices (GMP). The Quality department is responsible for the quality management system that ensures that the requirements set by health authorities worldwide are followed to assure save and compliant products.


Auditor
The Auditor role is part of the Quality department, which consists of a team of highly qualified associates, and is a senior compliance role with a broad network on site. The Auditor is responsible for the self-inspection program and inspects all areas from warehouse to production, QC labs and release functions in order to assure compliance with all regulations and the J&J quality manual. Results and follow ups from both internal and external audits are followed up and reported to the management by the Auditor. This role reports to the manager for Quality System and Compliance.

Objectives of the Position
Responsible for internal audit programs i.e. planning, conducting and follow up activities
Act as lead auditor during internal audits
Act as liaison with external auditors during health authority and third-party inspections
Responsible for follow up of internal and external inspection findings and status reporting to management
Monitor regulatory agencies for changes in requirements and evaluate impact to the organization
Responsible for indirect supplier compliance programs
Responsible for controlled substances



Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree - Scientific Discipline or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years of working experience in the quality assurance / compliance audit environment
Expert knowledge, understanding and experience with application of audit principles, concepts and practices related to quality system regulated by domestic and foreign governments
Understanding and knowledge of a broad set of regulations and standards (e.g. Eudralex and CFR)

A strong candidate would be able to understand and to work on a wide range of topics and areas simultaneously. Furthermore, strong communication-, organizational- and interpersonal skills are needed to be successful in this role.
