Authorized Public Accountant from USA to Stockholm

Tasks
You will lead capital market projects including US IPO and transactions focusing on the US markets. This means working with complex accounting issues and U.S. audit methodology such as PCAOB and AICPA. The role will also involve a high degree of project management where you work with the specialists within KPMG's global network. The role will be a Nordic role and travel within and outside the Nordic countries is mandatory.

Qualifications
At least 4 years of audit experience from the United States and is a certified public accountant in the United States. In addition to this, it is a requirement that you have previous experience from capital market transactions in U.S. listed companies.
