Key responsibilities
As automation specialist you will enhance the data usage in our operating model to collect, transform and deliver data in as efficient way as possible.
You will review the current tasks and actions in the customer experience teams and use your knowledge to automate it through tools or macros that you can build.
Review the current supply chain together with specialists processes and reccommend automation and improvement opportunities.
Use the broad range of Maersk’s E2E digital services to promote its usage and help onboard customers to these services.
As part of the Improvement team in the organization you will help co-ordinate upskilling for the teams in Scandinavia.
We are looking for
You possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to go in to the details without losing the bigger picture.
We believe you are strong and effective in your communication and able to manage different stakeholders and with the ability to challenge status quo.
Moreover we believe you comes with:
Prior experience with making automation solutions for manual tasks needed.
Comfortable with creating macros, for example in excel.
Knowledge of using programming languages such as (but not limited to) Java, Visual Basic or Python.
Structured and project oriented mindset with an interest in digital solutions for customers.
In depth knowledge and interest in automation tools (MS office package, macros (…) )
Speak and write English effortlessly, and preferably, you are also fluent in a Scandinavian language
