Job description
As an Automation Engineer, you will work both independently and as part of our development team. The work takes place mainly in Stockholm, but also partly from our other offices and at customers for installations, commissioning and troubleshooting.
You are a person interested in technology and you have good cooperation and communication skills, problem solving and that you are goal-oriented, can work in a structured way, and are used to reporting and documenting your work.
The position is based in Mellifiq's office in Stockholm.
The employment will mainly consist of:
Work with programming of PLC and HMI. You will mainly work in the Omron Sysmac studio but other brands as well
Development of new and existing products
Troubleshoot and support problems in the control and control systems.

Qualifications
Academic degree, in electrical automation technology or equivalent
Documented experience/knowledge in electrical systems, control technology, automation
Experience in industrial automation
Experience in process automation and relevant technology
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Valid driver's license (B class in Sweden)
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious qualifications
Experience programming Omron, Schneider and Mitsubishi systems
Experience with product development projects
Practical experience as an electrician/instrumentation technician
Electrician with AL authorization or higher
Electrical schematic design experience
Experience with CE marking and regulatory requirements (MD, PED, LVD, EMS)
