Your mission
As an Automation Engineer within our team, you’re an important part of our global customer plants network, and you closely interact with both internal and external partners to find the best customized solutions within automation and electrics. You do this by collaborating with our sales areas and by acting as the link
between the organization and our end customers. Your daily tasks include hands-on programming, design, and system tests at our office, and you’re also involved in preparation of offers, establish documentation and giving support on technical issues. You contribute with your technical know-how in development projects – sometimes as lead design engineer – and you make sure we continue to develop by keeping an eye on what’s going on around us, as well as sharing new ideas and innovations.
This position is based at our Crushing & Screening offices in Svedala – a fast and easy commute from surrounding cities, such as Malmö, Lund and Ystad, and with our site located just across from the train station. Some travel, both domestic and international, is included in the job.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with several years’ experience from working with Automation engineering within the industrial plant segment. You’re skilled in Siemen’s automation platform, TIA portal as well as WinCC. Knowledge of other Automation software such as Rockwell and ABB is advantageous. As we operate across cultural borders, you need to be aware of and open-minded towards the cultural differences you encounter. This also means that you need great communication skills in English and basic knowledge in Swedish.
You’re curious and socially skilled – passionate to make things happen. With a structured way of working, you prioritize tasks and follow up on our work, making sure we reach results. You create strong networks and use teamwork as an everyday tool for success. With confidence in your abilities, you enjoy solving complex problems and sharing knowledge with others.
