About the job.
We’re looking for a passionate Senior Automation Engineer to our Engineering & Supply in Business Unit High Speed Separators. Engineering & Supply Business Unit High Speed Separators is responsible for engineering and delivery of customer projects for separator systems to the biotech, life-science / pharmaceutical, starch, vegetable oil, protein, brewery, biofuels, and the beverages industry. We develop and maintain a portfolio of configurable systems, covering the market needs in the best possible way.
To be able to meet growing demands, we are now extending our standardization and project teams with a Senior Automation Engineer, where you, along with the team, will have a life cycle covering responsibility related to the machines and systems in our portfolio.
Our Electrical and Automation design department is executing electrical design work as well as designing, constructing, and testing of control systems for our system deliveries. Your team members are automation engineers and electrical design engineers based in Tumba, Sweden. You will work in close contact with other Electrical and Automation Engineers as well as subcontractors and customers.
The position requires approximately 15 travelling days per year and is based in Tumba, Sweden.
Your main tasks.
* You hold a university degree in automation, or you have a few years’ experience and background from automation systems in industrial applications and have a strong knowledge in industrial electricity.
* Experience in PLC and HMI programming with TIA portal from Siemens.
* Experience in PLC and HMI programming with Allan Bradley, Studio 5000 and FTV Studio from Rockwell.
* Experience in control system testing.
* A “know-how” in Food & Water industry is a merit.
* Experience from life-science industry is a merit.
* Your work approach is constructive, structured, and systematic while working under pressure
* You keep a strong perspective and see entirety and solutions.
* Knowledge in automation standards such as S88, GAMP5 etc is a merit
