Development & Engineering The D&E unit develops and produces packaging systems and distribution solutions for liquid food.The unit is part of the Tetra Pak Group which has a global coverage and key product development centres in Modena, Italy, Lund, Sweden, and Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.In Modena, Lund, and Minneapolis we provide product innovation and industrialization of packaging systems and distribution solutions including world class expertise in key competence areas as well as in raw material converting processes and equipment to our customers all around the world.Within D&E's Packaging Materials organisation Pilot Plant supports the development projects with delivery of process tests and test packaging material.In addition to that, we participate in the testing of new converting prototypes.In order to support the organisation there are Pilot Plant facilities in: - Lund, Limburg, Romont and Rubiera.We are looking for an Automation engineer to the department, New equipment and Maintenance.The department is responsible for Maintenance, Improvements and Investments of Machinery in Pilot Plant, Lund.The task is to ensure that our machinery has a high equipment efficiency and that we can full fill the requirements of our customers.You will work in close cooperation with other automation/mechanical engineers and production personnel and also interact with development projects.Your main responsibilities will be: .Manage and perform preventive and corrective maintenance .Participate in new equipment projects and make the interface to supply systems .In improvement activities: Make PLC, HMI and Drive programming .Co-ordinate electrical design made by consultants or sub-suppliers .Manage the Electrical documentation of our equipment The person we are looking for has several years experience from practical work with electrical and automation including PLC-programming in Simatic S7.Experience from HMI, Drive systems is a strong advantage.Good command of English, both written and verbal, is required.Previous experience with successful WCM implementation will be considered specifically interesting.The successful candidate is a self motivated person who is able to work both independently and as a part of a team.You are thorough and structured and are service minded.The job will offer you varying and challenging work tasks with technically advanced processes and equipment.
