What you’ll do
CBS is an organization within Cytiva delivering customized bioprocess solutions. We internally have a project organization where each customer order becomes a project with resources from project management, lead system design, detailed design, manufacturing transfer, sourcing and verification. Our global customers have high expectations on quality and lead-time which creates a very positive and dynamic project delivery focus and team working environment.
As Automation Engineer you will be responsible for the automation design of our products. This requires strong collaboration skills across functions and the ability to translate the customer needs into technology. A genuine interest in technology and curiosity to develop and learn is essential in order to work in this role.
As an automation engineer you will also support our sales and quotation organization, service organization and QC organization in testing and FAT.
Key responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:
Programming of PLC, SCADA and or/DCS systems with strong focus on the Rockwell product family
Design and creating P&IDs in AutoCAD
Supporting Service, QC and colleagues within the organization
Commissioning

Qualifications
BS in Automation Engineering or equivalent experience
Experience and knowledge in automation engineering, establishing requirements specifications
Good regulatory knowledge about safety of machinery
Experience of industrial field bus technologies
Good English skills written and oral. Swedish skills is an advantage.
Experience in writhing technical reports.
Excellent computer skills and ability to work in both general and internal systems.
Complete knowledge of industry and/or academic practices and standards related to structural analysis, finite element analysis, and structural verification testing.
Experience in the following platforms - Rockwell, Siemens, UNICORN is desirable.
