Tetra Pak Processing Systems sells and delivers large customized liquid food plants to customers worldwide. We provide processing solutions within the five food categories: dairy, cheese, ice cream, beverage and prepared food. We focus on the total functionality and the production solution design.


As an Automation Engineer you will work with programming, configuring and testing of complete automation solutions adapted to different product types and customer needs. You will work in cross-functional project teams of varying sizes, and participate in the projects from engineering to start up and support at customer sites.

The position is exciting and stimulating with a broad range of variation in the automation area. You will be in a truly international environment, delivering solutions to and visiting customers all over the world.

Due to the nature of the work you will be travelling approximately 25% of your time.


Main responsibilities
- HMI programming (Wonderware System Platform and/or InTouch)
- PLC-programming (Siemens and/or Rockwell)
- Program testing and debugging
- Commissioning and trouble-shooting at the customer sites


Qualifications

We are looking for a positive, proactive and driven team player. We believe you have a strong focus on problem solving, quality and results. You enjoy developing your skills and seeking out new knowledge and techniques. You have the ability to work both in teams and on your own.

Your educational background is either a KY (Kvalificerad Yrkesutbildning) or a University degree within Automation, Computer or Electrical Engineering. You have a few years experience in PLC and/or HMI programming, preferably in the area of industrial/process automation. Knowledge in databases and reporting is seen as a merit. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
