Automation Engineer - Online Service Product Too

Have you been working as an Automation Engineer for a couple of years and are know ready to take the next step to work with new technology in new interesting products.

To our Product Management department we are looking for an Automation & Industrial IT engineer working with our online service product tools.In this role you will coordinate the delivery of the enabling tools for all online service products in customer operational environment.Examples are Performance Analysis and Remote support.This includes installation support to Market Companies as well as internal co-ordination and administration of customer online connections.In this position you will have the chance to work on a broad technical level with our new online services.For further information about Service Products, please visit http://technical-service.tetrapak.com.

Your tasks and responsibilities in this position will be:

- Installation and support to Market Companies of customer online services tools
- Central planning and coordination of all customer network connections
- Managing consultants that are also involved in delivery support
Involvement in Technical Service pilots that involve Online Services
- Involvement during development and test of new service product tools


Kvalifikationer

We believe that you are an Automation engineer with IT knowledge.To be able to succeed in this position it is important that you have experience in industrial automation and have an understanding of IT in general including IP networking principles.It is also important that you are service minded and look upon problems as challenges.You should also have an understanding of customer operations and integration of information systems in customer environment.

To be successful in this role you have to work independently and deliver on time which means you should have a project manager profile.You need to have a strong personal drive and be very result oriented.Good communication skills are also essential for this position.

The position is based in Lund, Sweden but involves extensive travelling.
