Job Summary
We are looking for an open-minded automation engineer with focus on managing test strategies, testing and related DevOps tasks.
You will be part of a development team that creates and manage the automation platform, Tetra Pak® PlantMaster. The team works across several product platforms with technology and product development, from completely new ideas to fault correction.
Focus is to make our PLC & HMI platforms more flexible, user friendly and easier to use for our projects and customers.
The job is to develop and manage our test strategies, test instructions as well as performing actual test on our automation solutions. The role also includes the responsibility to develop & maintain our test platform, so DevOps tasks is a natural part of the daily work.
This position is preferably based in Lund.
What you will do
Develop and maintain our testing routines for our software platform (PLC, HMI, and high-level code)
Perform actual tests on parts or entire solutions of our automation solutions A
Work with DevOps related tasks to secure that we can release software on a regular basis. This would include configuration management tools, continuous integration
Validate infrastructure solutions for development, testing, automatization, and commissioning
Assist with fault finding bug fixing
Drive the development of automatic testing strategies, including the design, creation, and maintenance of automatic test pods

We believe you have
To be successful in this role you need to be a team player and can build trust on different levels. Furthermore, you have a strong drive, are result oriented and have a structured way of working. You are used to trouble shoot and to solve problems.
Needed skills:
Experience from developing test strategies & working with performing tests
Background within automation with focus on industrial IT solutions & VMWare
Experience from working with DevOps tasks and competence in one or several of the tools related to testing (i.e. Jenkins, octopus, bitbucket, SVN, git, etc.)
Experience in PLC & HMI programming is good to have, but not mandatory
Fluid in English, both written and oral is required.

You should have a university degree within a relevant area for the position.
