Tetra Pak develops, manufactures and markets systems for processing, packaging and distribution of food.The company produces packaging material at 53 plants and have 58 market companies and 58 sales offices around the world.Every day more than 303 million Tetra Pak packages are distributed in more than 165 countries.The Development & Engineering unit develops and produces packaging systems and distribution solutions for liquid food.The unit is part of the Tetra Pak group which has a global coverage and key product development centers in Modena, Italy, Lund, Sweden, and Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.In Modena, Lund, and Minneapolis they provide product innovation and industrialization of packaging systems and distribution solutions including world class expertise in key competence areas as well as in raw material converting processes and equipment to our customers all around the world.Within Development & Engineering, the Packaging Technology department seeks to achieve cost driven innovation by defining new concepts, scouting for partnerships and applying new technologies development. In this position you will: .Identify, develop and verify core Automation & Industrial IT technologies to be used in today's and future TP packaging line applications .Design and validate hardware and software solutions according to requirements .Support activities in Packaging Plant Integration Programs University degree in Automation, Electronics, Information Technology or similar disciplines is required.You are skilled in English, both written and spoken.You have at least eight years of experience from automation and/or industrial IT applications.You also have experience from high-level programming and PLC-programming (preferably GE-Fanuc & Rockwell PLC), SCADA application and industrial communication standards and protocols is required.Know-how in database design application is highly appreciated.Your English skills are good in both speaking and writing.As a person you are a driver who can take initiatives and drive activities independently.You have a combination of an analytical and practical mind.You are honest and a good team player who can manage long-term relations and create a good network in and out of the company.You are able to give your contribution to a cross organization work environment in a multicultural company.Please note: In regards to the above advertisement, your information will be registered in Hudson's database.To be registered in Hudson's database means that we might contact you in the future, regarding an assignment that might be of interest for you.All information concerning you will, of course, be handled confidentially and in accordance with with PuL (The Personal Data Act).
