Integration Services formerly known as Industry 4.0 Service Solutions is responsible to design and deliver customer I4.0 projects, solutions and enablers. In the team Processing and Packaging Automation Specialists work across Europe & Central Asia (ECA).


We are currently looking for a new Automation Specialist to join the team. The purpose and responsibility of the role as Automation Specialist is to implement Automation Upgrades and services within the processing area as well as standard service products. You will support the development of new products and provide comprehensive technical support and service to customers for all automation service products. The role also provides sales support to technical sales and account managers through the entire sales process (understand customer needs, create solution, convey the value).


The location of the position can either be in Lund, Sweden, or Home based and you will belong to the virtual team of Plant & Line Integration with colleagues from all over Europe. The position requires travelling approximately 30% of the time.

What you will do
Carry out remote support, service and start-ups to Tetra Pak processing equipment.
Prepare, Design and Implement upgrades on automation systems.
Carry out commissioning of Tetra Pak processing equipment.
Work with and fault find on extra low & low voltage systems, Data Base, IO Servers and Scada systems.
Work with various automation platforms (Siemens, Rockwell, Wonderware).
Edit PLC programs and re-commission.
Complete Project Handover and work with sales support and issue resolution.
Write a site visit report on completion of the work and complete the necessary check sheets and forward promptly to the customer and office.
Document service activities and update customer data, including equipment and contracts.
Carry out customer visits in conjunction with technical issues, assisting the local account managers and Service Manager.


Who you are
We are looking for a high self-motivating candidate with good understanding of customer satisfaction and an awareness of Health & Safety. We seek a team-player that have very good communication skills and the ability to work and meet deadlines under pressure. You are interested in developing your skills and taking continual trainings and feel comfortable working within a virtual team. An understanding of processing equipment and processes within the food industry is an advantage, as well as experience of Processing- Production Control; SI Kit’s for PLC, HMI & Database. Knowledge of industrial IT & HW, Networks, Routers is also seen as an advantage.


We believe you have:
Bachelor’s degree qualification or knowledge and experience of automation solutions, electrical or electronic engineering and process control.
At least 3 years of experience in the industrial automation sector.
Proven understanding of automation platforms, systems design.
Very good knowledge of Siemens, Rockwell and Wonderware software/ equipment. InTouch knowledge is a plus.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken is a must.
Fluent in either Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian is a must.
Full driving licence.
