We are looking for an Automation Team Leader to work with our expert team of 18 employees across the world. Do you have passion for project management within the automation area? Then we would love to hear from you.
As the Automation Team Lead you will be working closely with the team line manager, be this manager's "right hand". You will be coordinating projects, handle the resource allocation and drive smaller internal line activites. The administrative work for the consultants is also included in this role as well as global harmonization and collaboration with the teams across the globe.
What you’ll do
Work closely with the section manager Elsa Lundblad and the team to coordinate the ongoing automation projects and activities on DeltaV and Siemens, making sure the work is harmonized (also globally) and that the teams are supported.
Resource allocation for customer projects, ongoing activities ,etc..
Drive/improve/document the way we use the current tools.
Further develop our work instructions and look at different areas for improvements in stability on our ways of working.
Administrate work (consultants, work flows, purchase orders and other).
Who you are
Excellent leadership skills
Very efficient in collaboration and have excellent communication skills as in this global role the cross functional harmonization is key
Creative and like problem solving in an inclusive and humble way
Able to take the role of the customer to constantly improve internal quality
Automation background or experience
