EDAG Engineering Scandinavia AB is the Scandinavian subsidiary of the EDAG Group. With an origin from Gothenburg, we have naturally become an important partner to the western region of Sweden. More and more customers are discovering our ability to deliver local engineering capabilities within a wide range of areas – not seldom in combination with other global EDAG sites, colleagues, and competences to accommodate larger projects and undertakings.
Our customers are continuing giving us further responsibilities and larger project undertakings. We are currently increasing our project portfolio and are looking for several Cyber Security Engineers with a genuine interest in automotive development. We assume you are proactive, have great communication and leadership skills, positive personality and loads of energy.
Your Responsibilities
Management of, responsibility for and ensuring compliance with the security life cycle (cybersecurity) in accordance with ISO / SAE 21434.
Assisting departments with the development of ECU software, e.g., for autonomous driving and e-Mobility, throughout the security lifecycle.
Analysis and specification of security requirements.
Creation and implementation of security concepts and security analyses (e.g., TARA).
Communicating with, advising, and supporting our customers and internal development teams.

Our Requirements
B.Sc. and/or M.Sc. degree in Information Security, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent education.
A good understanding of the automotive cybersecurity activities, standards (e.g., ISO 21434) and regulations (e.g., UN ECE WP29 R155/R156.).
Cryptography skills and good understanding of cybersecurity tasks.
Professional experience in the software environment, also practical experience in the implementation of security concepts.
Good knowledge of security mechanisms, cryptography (encryption techniques) and authentication mechanisms.
Independent, structured way of working, great quality awareness and a good grasp of technically complex contexts.
Experience in security testing.
Professional English, both verbal and written.

Meritorious
Knowledge in functional safety concepts in automotive.
Knowledge in CAN, TCP/IP, IEEE 802.11x, BLE, Bluetooth and similar.
Knowledge in Vector tools, e.g., CANoe, CANalyzer.
Knowledge in Embedded system development.
Swedish (written and spoken).
