Bertrandt AG is more than just an engineering company - with over 6000 employees at 31 sites worldwide it is one of Europe's leading service partner to the international automotive and aircraft industry.The range of services embraces the entire development process chain.More information at www.bertrandt.com ________________________________________ Bertrandt is involved in several interesting projects.Therefore Bertrandt Sweden AB in close collaboration with our offices in Europe is looking for employees for the following positions within our business area Automotive in Trollhättan: - Automotive Development Engineer - Engine Testing and Calibration (m/f) ID-Number SE-0015 Job description You will work in an exciting team in the field of engine testing/calibration and engine applications within the automotive area powertrain.As a Calibration Specialist / Engineer you will work with: - engine calibration and validation for diesel or gasoline engines.- engine testing on modern dynamic engine test benches - engine applications - calibration of engine control units in terms of fuel economy, emissions, durability, ... - analysis of testing and validation results and present them for the different projects.- calibration of engine control units in the area of vehicle testing (drivability; OBD,...) Required skills, experiences and qualifications: You have a degree in the area of Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or relevant experience within engine development/calibration.You have sound knowledge within the area of combustion engines and worked with engine testing or calibration alternatively with engine applications.Operating experience in tools like INCA, Cameo, AVL PumaOpen, AVLindiset, UniPlot or similar are useful.You are motivated to take on new tasks and able to work independent.We expect very good language skills in Swedish and English and a driving licence valid for Europe.Language skills in German are considered as an additional qualification.
