Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer with automotive experience to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Playing a crucial part in delivering the next generation of Android-based infotainment head units.
Collaborating with a globally distributed team to design and develop user experience solutions for leading car manufacturers.
Taking ownership of the complete software development lifecycle – from initial concept and requirements development to production implementation and ongoing software lifecycle support.
Addressing software issues through troubleshooting, problem-solving, and in-depth root cause analysis.
Adapting and enhancing existing software to rectify errors, optimize performance, and fulfill non-functional requirements.
Upholding software quality standards and implementing software design methodologies.
Contributing to the modification and porting of software to new hardware platforms.
Participating in architectural discussions and making impactful technical contributions to the team.
Leveraging your expertise to improve system performance, stability, and functionality.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.

What you bring:
Extensive experience in C development for embedded systems, showcasing your proficiency in programming and software architecture.
Strong command of Embedded Android development, demonstrating your ability to work with Android frameworks and libraries.
Familiarity with software design methodologies and an understanding of the latest software quality standards.
Hands-on experience working with Linux, including kernel-level interactions and system configurations.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex software issues, perform detailed problem-solving, and conduct thorough root cause analysis.

Desired Skills (Meritorious):
