We believe that it is not the formal merits that is the most important factor to be a successful consultant. Off course, you will need a solid base of knowledge. But it is as equally important to have the right attitude, to be curious, to be flexible and driven.

Regarding possible assignments, the most common request that we get from clients are roles as design engineer or lead engineer. We also get requests for project managers, task force leaders and validation engineers. Of course, it is always up to the clients to make final decisions. But tell me, where are you in your career? What positions are you interested in? We want to hear from you!

Preferably you have relevant experience from the automotive industry, preferably from a car manufacturer or from a supplier to one using Catia V5 and Teamcenter. Depending on your background and competence, assignments can be in one of the following areas:

- Trims such as door panels, hard trims, carpets or luggage.
- Front or back seats regarding structure and upholstery and more.
- Cockpit such as instrument panel, integration, or tunnel console.
- Surface materials such as textiles, leathers and plastics.
- Restraints such as seatbelts, child restraints, airbags, or rollover restraints.
