Automotive Lead Engineer

In your role / about you

In your role as a lead engineer, you will have responsibilities such as monitoring the maintenance and upgrading activities in the corporate projects. You will also be required to guide the junior engineers on performing various tasks. The customer expects that you have the ability to search for the information needed to solve the task yourself. The position presupposes many cross-functional contacts which is why it is important to be able to take your own initiatives to build a network and create good relationships.

We believe you match several of the following:

• Master or Bachelor of Science in Engineering
• At least 4 years of experience in running/managing projects as a lead engineer
• Experience in specifying technical requirements, conditions and verification needs
• Good ability to structure the work and handle several tasks in parallel
• Knows and can communicate in Swedish and English both in speech and writing
• Good ability to collaborate as the role involves contacts with different functions, departments and suppliers
• B driving licence
