Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Automotive – Test Object Manager to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Lead, plan, organize, and control Physical Build activities within Product Development projects.
Collaborate closely with the project team and PME to meet prototype needs for Physical Builds and parts.
Ensure all activities align with specified requirements and project timelines.
Manage large and complex projects with significant impact on business operations.
Support teams by applying project management expertise, offering guidance, and providing coaching.
Delegate work to junior professionals, review their output, and provide constructive feedback.
Tackle challenging and complex problems, devising effective solutions.
Maintain project documentation and status reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet goals and deadlines.

What You Bring:
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Physical Build project management.
Expertise in leading, planning, organizing, and controlling project activities.
Strong capability in managing high-complexity projects with substantial business impact.
Proven ability to coach, review, and delegate work to junior professionals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and experience handling complex issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in English (additional language skills not required).
Ability to work independently with limited oversight from managers.
Solid organizational and documentation skills.
Educational background in a relevant field, complemented by extensive work experience.
