About the role as Automower Trainer:
Here, you'll get to wear many exciting hats, from supporting our retail partners with technical questions, to creating and delivering great training materials. That's right, you'll be the mastermind behind our educations in Sweden for our "Husqvarna University" platform, mapping out the road to success for our Swedish retailers. Whether it's through Teams meetings, retailer visits, or e-learning, you'll be their trusty sidekick, helping them conquer the world of robotic lawnmowers with confidence. It's all about giving our customers the best possible experience, and you'll own that mission - from start to finish.
Your mission? To analyze the Swedish market's training needs and bridge any gaps. You'll map out a training roadmap and lead the charge in creating top-notch training modules. You partner up with product departments and the technical support team, to ensure a seamless training experience for our retailers.
For example, maybe you and the support team will get that same questions several times about one specific problem with the mower. Instead of just only giving the usual response, let's be proactive! In no time you’ll be the problem solver, creating a short video with step-by-step instructions, that'll show our retailers how to tackle that problem, with ease and a smile.
You will also sometimes be working in the support, to learn about the questions that will come from our retailers and to prioritize what kind of educations that you need to set up.
And here's the cherry on the top - you'll also collaborate with new trainers from all over Europe (England, Germany and France) – to keep shaping great experiences, for all our retailers and customers.

Who you are:
To make this journey with us, we think that your communication- and presentation skills must be really great and that you are a driven team-player, who also are motivated and proactive in your way of working. With your social way, you become that natural go-to-person and you really likes to have a lot of different contacts in your work.
As our go-to person when it comes to Automower training in Sweden, you'll not only be in charge of creating the trainings, but also to keep the programs connected to it running like clockwork. This means that you need to be really good at administration and with your natural talent for structure, you'll keep projects on track and deadlines on time.
Expertise and skills:
Engineering/technical education
A background with technical roles like technical support, technical sales, service technician or as a Trainer (all with a customer-first mindset, of course!)
Driver license B, since this role includes travels in Sweden an sometimes abroad
Swedish and English communication skills, both speaking and writing
A plus if you also have knowledge in CRM and/or learning systems, like Cornerstone.
