Avionero makes flight and travel search easy.
We are a small start-up with big ambitions. Having already made good inroads in Sweden, we have also launched our product in ten other markets. Performance Marketing Lead
In order to be considered for this role you must have 3+ years of performance marketing experience. You will have experience in devising and implementing paid advertising plans, setting up digital marketing campaigns, optimising and testing digital campaigns. You must have broad marketing experience, preferably in the travel industry, and/or with a tech start-up. You should also have experience with all major digital media platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) and some agency management experience.
Your profile
· University degree (BA) in marketing or similar
· 3+ years of performance marketing and paid media
· Excellent Swedish and English language skills
· A background managing the implementation paid media strategies
· Experience of delivering innovative, strategic performance marketing programmes
· Solid all-round marketing experience, preferably in travel industry or for tech start-ups
· Experience setting up, managing, and optimising campaigns with Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube
· Media budget tracking and management
· Solid record of paid media test & learn experience
· Results driven
· Self-motivated, a quick learner, organised, detail-orientated, a multi-tasker
· Significant skills in influencing within a matrix
Key Role Responsibilities
· Defines and implements paid marketing activities a
· Drives testing and optimization of paid channel funnels
· Oversees cost per lead and ROI analysis
· Works with paid social on overall integration with owned channels
· Manages paid marketing spend and budgets
· Responsible for purchasing media and/or managing media agency
· Responsible for Moment of Purchase/Action (conversion)
Specific Activities
· Owning all paid marketing channels
· Campaign creation, set-up, deployment, optimisation, finalisation
· Own paid media test & learn strategies and implementation
· Own relationships with social channels; keeping up-to-date with platform changes / developments
· Own performance marketing budgets; making small budgets work hard with an ambition to grow budgets performance depending
· Work with Brand Marketing on upper funnel paid media
· Set performance marketing metrics
· Work in cross functional team to set the annual marketing calendar
· Work in cross functional team to define key umbrella marketing priorities
· Work in cross functional team to build robust communications frameworks for each target customer segment
· Report the impact of performance marketing initiatives to the business, providing evidence for further investment.
