Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior AWS Data Scientist to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Develop, oversee, and maintain analytics on data and information, encompassing Business Intelligence reports.
Establish robust governance, structure, and strategy to ensure data and information quality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design visually appealing and comprehensible reports.
Execute advanced analytics techniques as relevant, including statistics, process mining, predictability, and neural networks.
Collaborate with business analysts to capture end-consumer requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Define requisites for data pipelines and IT systems related to information, data, and their associations.
Provide input for migration plans for seamless data transition across systems, particularly onto cloud-based platforms like AWS.
On-site presence at least 3 days weekly, including mandatory presence on Wednesdays. Adapt to on-site work up to 5 days when essential.

What you bring:
Develop data governance, quality assurance requirements, and structural frameworks.
Create Power BI reports, Power BI Data models, and Power BI Information Models.
Offer migration plans or guidance for effective data transition to new solutions, especially onto cloud platforms like AWS.
Education: Master of Science or equivalent (other education levels accepted with a proven track record).
Proficiency in Power BI and AWS.
Language: Proficient in professional communication in both Swedish and English (Swedish can be omitted if necessary).
Proficiency in advanced analytics, including Neural networks, Statistics, Predictability, Extrapolations, and Process mining.
Familiarity with Scania’s electrical systems and/or embedded vehicle systems.
