We are looking for experienced AWS Solution Architect who will be responsible for architectural design and implementation of AWS services to join our Digital Services team in developing our new generation of products that will infuse new technology and tools into DeLaval ecosystem. You will be part of developing the platform and implementation of the drawn architecture for this coming products and cloud based services. There will be existing components used in this architecture. We see a transformation of our existing .NET based on premise application to cloud using Vue.js for our front end development and .NET core for the backend development. By using Docker containers to virtualize our products in the
customers’ on-premise installations, we believe in bringing more value to our customers.
The products we are developing are managing farm configuration, livestock (animals) and produces analytical data from very complex farm automation systems used by farmers around the world. Our customers are some of the largest dairy farms in the world. We take pride in supporting our customers in transforming to more sustainable products, optimize production and operations. You will be working with the latest AWS technologies and be an integral part of the team focused on the CI/CD tooling and services used to support all of the deliveries. The deliveries are a result of close teamwork and cooperation with stakeholders. It thus requires the candidate to be a positive team-player with a can-do attitude and very good communication skills. We promote a DevOps culture with focus on automation and agility. The teams take full responsibility for their deliveries, including support and maintenance. We are using Jira and Confluence for Project management and task management. We follow agile processes in accordance with SAFe/Spotify models.
You will be a part of an international environment and should be fluent in English.
This position is based in Tumba, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:
Working with application developers and product owners to understand requirements and design best
solutions (partially greenfield)
Designing and implementing cloud solutions based on AWS platform
Developing and maintaining the services
Providing production support for services
Providing technical support for colleagues
Sharing knowledge about AWS architectural principles and best practices with the team
Contributing to product technical roadmap and DeLaval digitalization vision
Competence Profile Qualifications:
Overall 6+ yrs of work experience in IT with 4+ yrs of programming experience in AWS Cloud
Technologies
What we expect: Extensive knowledge and experience in AWS best practices for architecture, security, high availability and cost-optimization
Extensive experience in developing software using REST APIs, micro services, server less computing
Good knowledge of .NET Core
Good experience in working with software containers such as Dockers
Great interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Good-to-have experience:
Comfortable with front-end development and JavaScript libraries/frameworks such as Vue.js
Server less technologies and event-driven architecture
AWS Code Pipeline, gRPC protocol
AWS certification(s)
