Job Description


What You’ll Get To Do
Business Tech is a new modern agile product organization within the larger H&M group. We are a team of small and cross-competent teams each owning a product end-to-end with a mission to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
In the Customer Fulfillment domain, you will be part of our Partner Connectivity Product Area where we Fulfilling customer deliveries, every day, through a flexible and sustainable partner eco-system, with speed. Our focus is to enable our sales and operational teams with class leading tech that helps us keep our customers first.
We are on a journey together which means there is no clear path. Therefore, you will play an important role in setting the foundation and creating our future solution for supply planning to our sales channels. We believe you are dynamic, collaborative, and curious!

Responsibilities


The role has a dual focus, as a Competence Lead you will be manager for engineers within the same/adjacent competence as your own. Your responsibility goes across different Product Teams and your tasks include supporting engineers’ competence development journey, salary review, supporting the product teams to find the right competence to meet product goals.
With your professional expertise in Azure services and architecture, you will work alongside cross functional product teams to integrate and transform data our partners to secure swift and flexible onboarding and collaboration. You will collaborate closely with product owners and the teams to share best practice as well as discuss and motivate design solutions
Some of the technologies we use are: Azure DevOps, ASP.Net, C#, SAP, React.js, Angular, Python, Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service, Cosmos DB, API Gateway, Azure Service Bus or Event Grid, Apache Airflow, Apache Spark and Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure EventHub, MLflow, etc.


Qualifications


We are looking for you who:
As a Software Engineer at H&M Group you will embark on a journey that will lead to something new and exciting - we will test, fail and learn.
• You have demonstrated potential for the leadership we aspire for within Business Tech.
• We believe you are communicative, flexible, stress-resistant, cost-conscious, and able to work in an environment that is not fully formalized.
• Strong mindset of building scalable and high-quality software product, passion for implementing cloud solutions and hands-on experience in developing Cloud Native applications.
• Experience from working in large companies with many stakeholders, you have worked with distributed teams, with integration platforms and you know how to translate business requirements and visualize technical roadmaps.
• Ability to manage complexity when there are no given answers.
• Experience from stepping forward and assuming an informal leadership role when needed
• Proven experience from being an active player in challenging situations, whilst living our values and keeping focus on delivery.
• Above all you love technology, and you are not afraid to learn new concepts and tools.

Your skills and abilities:
• Designing and implementing highly large-scale distributed system.
• Proficiency in programming specializing in Microsoft stack. Not only familiar with language itself, but also fully aware of best practices, code structure, design patterns, development workflow, testing etc.
• Champion of DevOps mindset and principles, which emphasizes automation, continuous integration, and end-to-end ownership of solutions.
• Hands-on development in .Net – must have extensive experience of building components and solutions using .Net core frameworks.
• Experience of working with Event-driven integrations using Azure Service Bus queues, Event Grid or Event Hub.
• Extensive experience and working knowledge of building RESTful API in Microservices architecture preferably using Azure functions.
• Proficiency in SQL, and experience in structured/unstructured data using services like Azure Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, etc.
• DevOps – must have experience in version control, setting up CI & CD pipelines and creating IaC (Infrastructure as of Code) using ARM templates or Terraform scripts.
• Knowledge of various cost-effective cloud architectures both dedicated server-based and serverless.
• You have experience working in agile teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Swedish is a plus.
