Our creative ateliers in Paris, Stockholm and Los Angeles design diversified fashion collections with great attention to detail and quality. For us there’s no right or wrong when it comes to style, just possibilities and the joy of self-expression.
We currently have 76 stores on 22 markets and offer online selling on 32 markets through Stories.com and external partners - and we are growing.
We are looking for a driven Coordinator to join our B2B (external digital platforms) team in Stockholm.

Job Description
You will be responsible for the logistics flow (supply chain) of Stories’ assortment to external partners as well as coordinating assortment towards the Collection teams. You will report to Head of B2B.
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support the Key Account Managers with driving the selling to external partners towards set company goals and strategies.
Secure deliveries of our assortment to external partners with constant speed to market and accuracy focus.
Follow -up and evaluate the wholesale business daily. Place orders, follow up and update orders once they have been placed.
Secure logistic flow between Stories and the external partner, coordinate and keep deadlines for all parts of the delivery process of orders and samples for external partners.
Cater for the needs of the partner by monitoring, analysing, and responding to the categories that the partner sees as most important.
Secure that developed products are being presented to external partner through weekly updates and supporting at selection meetings.
Close teamwork with the Key Account Managers on assortment goals and sales strategies.
Continuously ensure efficient and value-adding collaboration with all relevant stakeholders in Collection team.
Provide H&M Group accounting team with information needed for monthly invoicing.
Qualifications
We believe you have strong administrative and coordinating skills, salesmanship, self-drive and initiative. You have a positive attitude, are flexible, a strong team player and have an understanding of fashion. You are also able to work independently in a structured way, organizing your time efficiently in a fast pace environment.
We would love to meet someone who:
Have strong communication skills and a high level of customer service in interactions with different external partners, departments and roles
Are prestigeless and have a “can do” attitude
Previous experience from Retail, Sales, Buying and/or wholesale is beneficial
Works efficiently in Excel
Fluent in written and oral English
