Our B2B team at Precis consists of fifteen dedicated specialists with a joint passion for pushing and exploring the boundaries of digital marketing and technology within the B2B and lead-gen sector. This year our client portfolio has grown even further, and we have had the pleasure of expanding our team's work with complex but exciting B2B client projects, especially within the Saas and Fintech areas. To support this growth and the future success of our clients, we need another B2B Digital Specialist to join the team!
We believe you are someone that is intrigued by solving complex digital marketing challenges within a B2B setting and have experience in managing campaigns and activities (inbound, paid search, lead generation). As a Digital Specialist at Precis, you will be working closely with our clients from day one and, together with a team of highly skilled colleagues, be responsible for operations and strategy for their digital marketing channels. We believe you are intrigued by technology and enjoy applying technical solutions as well as well-thought-out strategies to improve channel performance further.

Note this role could be located in Gothenburg or Helsinki, where we offer flexible working hours and a hybrid setting that allows for a mix of office and from-home-work.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of paid social and/or paid search, including continuous optimisation, analysis, and strategy.
Strive to learn and master the latest technologies and techniques continuously.
Analysis of customer behaviour and marketing performance using Excel and Google Analytics.
Devising strategies and tactics to increase the growth and value of our client's online marketing investments.
Project management and client interaction.
Identifying and implementing relevant industry changes and innovations.
Attribution modelling and other analysis-related projects.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
+2 years experience handling Google Ads, Linkedin Ads and/or Facebook Ads accounts.
A real passion for B2B digital marketing and innovations in the field.
A friendly personality with good collaboration skills, plenty of ambition and a drive to become a real expert in digital marketing.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
(Preferred) BA/BSc in marketing, information systems, economics, statistics or similar.
(Preferred) Fluency in Swedish
