We are looking for a passionate leader to join our B2B IT Management team. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.

What you’ll do

In the role as Manager B2B IT, you will manage one of our four units in the B2B Tribe. Your unit will consist of several Devops teams running and developing applications for our B2B business spanning from customer frontend apps to typical CRM and billing domains. Your team will consist of 10-20 employees and additional consultants and external partners for you to lead and manage.

We work agile and in close collaboration with the business why you need to have a good technical understanding but also the ability to work close to the business to understand needs and ensure we utilize all the opportunities that comes with a business driven agile way of work. You will be a part of planning processes, coordination of development across teams and tribes, architectural governance, budgeting processes and more where we work together across units and enables success.

Our application stack reflects Telenors successful B2B history and you will find a mix of older technologies and new modern ways of running and developing applications. We are continuously working with uplifts and modernisation of the application landscape and will be an important part of your role to drive and support. Who are you

To succeed in the role as Manager B2B – we believe that you have previous leadership experience and clear ambitions in developing your leadership ahead. You are a team player, have a genuine interest and engagement in people and like problem solving.

Furthermore, you have experience from working in IT and a good understanding of development and operations processes within the field.  Your team is located in Karlskrona, complemented with additional consultants and partners on various locations. We are running a hybrid setup where we believe you need to be located in or close to Karlskrona to enable a solid presence at the local office.
