About the Position
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, lead and mentor B2B Leads Interns and B2B Team Members
- Help team to identify and qualify prospective customers and record sales prospecting activity in CRM.
- Make outbound sales contacting efforts (including cold calling)
- Pursue sales leads to develop a portfolio of buying customers.
- Create & share best practices for outbound prospecting including how to source, qualify, and transition opportunities as quickly, efficiently, and independently as possible
- KPI’s - deliver accurate metrics to ensure success against plans and targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally to establish reports and dashboards to provide visibility into lead generation activities
- Work with team to document best practices and workflow, including updating of internal work instructions
- Work closely with sales department to identify key markets to focus New Customer Acquisition efforts
- Lead database management
- Experience in leading a team responsible for New Customer Acquisition process
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce) and intelligence-gathering tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Discover.org, etc.) for pipeline management, communication, reporting, organization, and research.
- Excellent knowledge of English, other languages are an advantage
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- High energy and not easily discouraged
Requirements
- Lead generation expertise to include the ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery, and individual research
- Experience in leading a team responsible for New Customer Acquisition process
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce) and intelligence-gathering tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Discover.org, etc.) for pipeline management, communication, reporting, organization, and research
- Excellent knowledge of English, other languages are an advantage
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- High energy and not easily discouraged
- Entrepreneurial spirit and energetic mindset
- Consistent ability to meet and/or exceed sales and activity quotas
- Hunger to learn, adaptable to change, and a passion for sales.
- Candidate must be authorized to work in Sweden without requiring sponsorship.
