We are now looking for a strategic, analytical, and customer-obsessed B2B Marketing Manager to turbocharge a central part of our business.
How you will make an impact
- You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing Epidemic Sound’s B2B marketing strategy - playing a key role in turbocharging a central part of our business.
- Based on our brand and business objectives, you will synthesize data, insights, value propositions, and core messaging into tailored customer-facing marketing activities to attract business users - driving both new sales and upsales.
- You understand the B2B sales process, and will align closely with our sales teams to support their changing needs.
- You will execute work independently, in collaboration with stakeholders across various functions and professional levels, often in tight liaison with project managers/coordinators.
- You will build effective and well-aligned processes to ideate, launch, and optimize marketing activities that deliver your strategy - notably with our enterprise sales teams, product marketing, and channel teams, plus internal/external creatives and planners.
- You will ensure that the right B2B marketing objectives/KPIs are identified, and own the monitoring and reporting of these.
- You will be an important internal thought leader and strategic counterpart to other departments, and stay up to date with trends and best practices within your field.
- Contribute to team OKRs to ensure initiatives, processes, and programs are achieved.

Who you are
- 8-10 + years of relevant experience, preferably from a tech company, in a creative industry, or at an agency, and a strong track record of translating sales needs and processes into marketing strategies and tactics to maximize business revenues.
- Proven ability to initiate and build high-performing B2B/ABM programs and processes with marketing automation, events, and content marketing. You’re a self-starter able to drive both strategy and ideation, internal buy-in, and tactical execution.
- Solid experience developing business cases for marketing activities, including objectives, KPIs, and budgets.
- Experience in CRM, sales, and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and social skills. You thrive when managing multiple stakeholders outside formal reporting lines (incl. collaborating cross-functionally and with external agencies).
- Excellent understanding of messaging and positioning, with a demonstrated track record of adapting messaging frameworks to relevant markets and target audiences.
- Strong track record of leveraging insights, data, and analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and marketing funnels and how to impact and optimize each stage.
- A genuine passion for developing world-class marketing campaigns and tactics, drawing on both your commercial and creative judgment.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a similar field.
